A - It is very easy to place an order in our store catalog. Simply follow the step by step instructions as follows: Step 1. Find a category in our catalog from the Search For drop down box and select it. The catalog will then sort all of the items in the catalog and display only the items that pertain to the selected category. Check the top and bottom right corner of your search results pages. Often times there are more than one page of search results.
Step 2. Once you find something in our catalog that you would like to purchase, simply click on the image or link to display more information about the item. Or, you can click on the Buy Button as shown below to place it directly into your shopping cart.
Step 3. Your item will then be added to your shopping cart. If you want to purchase more than one of the item, simply change the figure to the quantity you want in the "QTY" edit box as shown below. At this point you can continue shopping, or click the "Confirm Order" button to proceed to checkout and purchase the items in your shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, however, you can always return to your shopping cart via the "Shopping Cart" button from the Left Frame Menu.
Step 4. Once you are ready to proceed to checkout and you click the "Confirm Order" button as shown above, it will change to read "Processing" and a Security Alert dialog box may appear (depending on if you have that setting selected in your browser settings or not). The "Enter Billing Information" page will then be displayed.
Step 5. Enter all of your Billing information in the edit boxes as shown below.
Step 6. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, simply check the box that says "Click if Shipping & Billing address is same". If you wish to ship the order to a different address other than your own, do not check this box but instead fill in the new Ship To address information edit boxes.
Step 7. Below your billing and shipping information editing areas, your items in your shopping cart will be displayed. Below that, will be the "Payment Options Available" box. Please select your payment method you wish to use from the 3 options available. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, and Paypal. Select the radio button of the Payment Method you wish to use. If you are using a Credit Card to pay for your order, you will enter the credit card number on the next page after the "Calculate Order" button has been clicked.

Step 8. Next, click on the "Calculate Order" button to process your order.
Step 9. Once you click the "Calculate Order" button, the following "Processing..." button will be displayed as your order is processed.
Step 10. Once your order has completed the processing step, your order receipt will be displayed. You should also get a receipt in your E-mail Inbox. Q - I don't feel comfortable ordering online, can I order personally through you instead? A - Yes, we have customers who prefer to order personaly rather than online. The best way to do this, is to Contact Us via email first and let us know who you are and what you are interested in buying. Provide us with your phone number, we will then call you and get your credit card information that we will keep on file for all future purchases with us. This way, all you will have to do in the future is email us what you would like to order, and we will do the rest. If you are concerned about your credit card information or privacy, so are we. Your personal information will not be sold, traded, or otherwise distributed to anyone. We take this subject matter very seriously. We promise that any personal information you provide to our store stays in our store. We only use your personal information in our relationship with you. This information is used for Newsletters, Reminders, Sale Notices, and to inform you when new Artisans have joined our Artisan Team. We also promise not to bombard you with a ton of unwanted E-mails either. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade information to third parties or anyone - NO EXCEPTIONS! Evans Ranch Mercantile is a secured online shopping environment using SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol. Please see our "Security" page for further details! Q - Does your store accept credit cards? A - Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also now accept PayPal as well! Q - Does your store accept checks? A - Yes, our store now accepts personal checks, however, items ordered will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in the bank first."
